Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pt909 Platform is conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pt909 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. pt909 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship, or those who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction, are ineligible to register.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pt909 voluntarily or by any responsible gaming program to which pt909 adheres. Members who have requested self-exclusion and attempt to re-register before the exclusion period expires will have new accounts closed immediately.
6. Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of pt909, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the pt909 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to your account registration and ongoing account management:

1. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identity number, and payment details — must be accurate and consistent with the documents you submit during KYC verification.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pt909 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3. Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify pt909 of any changes to your registered details, including change of address, phone number, or primary payment method, by contacting our support team at [email protected].
4. Account Suspension: pt909 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being operated in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
5. Account Closure by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pt909 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be processed as a final withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pt909 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be triggered at any point during your membership at pt909's sole discretion. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement in your registered name for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or OCBC NISP; screenshot or statement from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja registered to your verified phone number)
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID, where requested by our compliance team

pt909 will endeavor to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with guidance on the specific documentation required. Repeated failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the initial request may result in account suspension.

All documents submitted through the KYC process are handled in accordance with pt909's Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to pt909 must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account or e-wallet is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the receiving Account pending investigation.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in IDR. pt909 does not apply conversion fees or currency exchange markups. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated by pt909 from time to time.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pt909 Account. All withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process set out in Section 4.

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking business cycle, subject to the operating hours of the receiving institution.
• pt909 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.

5.3 Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit after funds have been credited and used for wagering constitutes fraudulent conduct. pt909 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargeback activity and to report such activity to the relevant financial institution and applicable authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

pt909 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotional offers:

1. Opt-In Requirement: Most bonuses require explicit opt-in by the Member before a qualifying deposit is made. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits made prior to opt-in.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is specified on each promotional offer page.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%; sports betting wagers contribute according to the minimum odds specified in the relevant promotion. Exact contribution rates are published on each offer page.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice.
5. Bonus Abuse: pt909 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordination with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent closure.
6. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotional offers impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from a Bonus Balance. Where applicable, this cap is stated explicitly on the offer page.
7. Right to Modify or Withdraw: pt909 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring obligations already incurred by Members who have validly opted in to an active offer.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pt909 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply across all Services:

1. Game Integrity: All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game studios are required to maintain independent third-party RNG certification as a condition of their listing on pt909.
2. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pt909 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Real Money Balance. pt909 accepts no liability for losses arising from Internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.
3. Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Each game imposes its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. pt909 may additionally impose platform-level bet limits on certain accounts at its discretion.
4. Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are settled based on the final official result published by the relevant governing body. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all individual selections must win for the parlay to be a winner; a void selection reduces the parlay to the remaining selections.
5. Togel Draws: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on pt909 are settled based on the official draw results from the relevant market operator. Results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. All togel wagers are final once the draw closes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pt909 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or promotional mechanics
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pt909 staff or other Members through any communication channel

Intellectual Property

All content on the pt909 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, software code, and game assets licensed from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of pt909 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written authorization from pt909
• Use the pt909 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website

Any unauthorized use of pt909 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by pt909.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt909 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from Internet connectivity failures on your side
• Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems
• Actions taken by pt909 in good faith to enforce these Terms

In no event shall pt909's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

pt909 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and be excluded from re-registering for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the specified exclusion period.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC)
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals
• Fraud prevention and AML/CTF compliance
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Service improvement, personalization, and analytics
• Promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them

pt909 uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text by pt909 staff. pt909 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the delivery of Platform Services.

Amendments

pt909 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Member — pt909 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

pt909 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Member and pt909 that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
